Anthony Muñoz

Anthony was the first round NFL draft pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in 1980. He was the overall third pick in the 1980 draft. Over the next thirteen years, Muñoz would be selected to the Pro Bowl for eleven consecutive years, became a member of the 80's All-Decade team, the 75th anniversary All-NFL team, and the 100th anniversary All-NFL team. Muñoz is considered by many to be the greatest offensive linemen in NFL history. He was awarded the Offensive Lineman of the year 8 times and has played in two Super Bowls. In 1998 Muñoz was enshrined in the NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame. Anthony was the first Cincinnati Bengal inducted into the Hall of Fame and one of only two Mexican Americans to receive such a distinguished honor. In 2021, Muñoz was a recipient of Cincinnati Bengals inaugural ring of honor. Now Muñoz is an analyst for ESPN. He devotes his time to giving back to the community through the Anthony Muñoz foundation.

Clark Kellogg

Clark is a former first-round draft pick of the Indiana Pacers and was the 8th overall pick. He is the only rookie to score an average of 20 points and grab 10 rebounds in a game. He played with the Pacers for 5 years before he retired. Now Kellogg is most known for his work as a sports analyst. He currently serves as the lead college basketball analyst and studio analyst for CBS and covers March Madness. He is known for his repetitive use of the phrase “spurtability,” referring to the teams that take points in rapid succession. Off the screen Clark volunteers and donates his time to various organizations. Three things that he is heavily involved in include; the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Athletes in Action, and the United Way. He also sits as a board of trustees for Ohio State University, where he played basketball. Clark and his wife, Rosey reside in Westerville, Ohio. They have three grown children, Talisa, Alex, and Nick.

Dr. Robert Lewis

Dr. Lewis has been a pastor, writer, speaker, and visionary for over forty years. He was named Pastor of the Year by the National Coalition of Men’s Ministry in recognition for his efforts to help men discover authentic manhood. He is the bestselling author of “Better Man, “Men’s Fraternity”, and “Raising a Modern Day Knight.” Robert founded the original Men’s Fraternity and developed the Men’s Fraternity curriculum in 1990 while serving as Teaching Pastor and Directional Leader at Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. Today, Robert is still very involved in local church ministry and serves on a few boards. He is also a senior advisor to the Leadership Network.

Bruce Stefanik

Bruce and his wife Linda, have been in full time ministry for 37 years. They are currently the lead pastors at Church on the Hill in Salem, where they have served since 2001. Previous to that, they worked overseas as full time missionaries ministering primarily in Latin America. Their work was focused on developing structures that promoted indigenous leadership, church planting and outreach. Upon returning to the U.S he worked for two years at the Oregon Community Foundation as director of their Latino Partnership Project here in Marion and Polk counties.

Bruce and Linda have two sons who married wonderful women and an 8 year old grandson who helps keep them laughing and young at heart. Their passion continues to be discovering, developing and deploying the potential of the emerging leaders of this generation.

Mark Hanke

Mark Hanke is the Senior Pastor of Salem First Baptist Church.  He has been a pastor for thirty-six years serving in three churches.  In addition, he taught at Denver Seminary and Fuller Seminary in the areas of theology and homiletics for over 20 years.  While in Denver area he served as a Chaplain with the Aurora Police Department for fourteen years.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in education from Oregon State, a Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary, and DM from Gordon-Conwell Seminary. 

Mark and Kerri were married in 1984 and together they have four children.  God has blessed their family with seven grandchildren.  He enjoys training horses and dogs, reading, gardening, hunting,  outdoor activities and, most of all, dates with his wife. 

Mark is passionate about the Bible, sharing God's truth in both personal and practical ways.  Growing up without a father, Mark has made it a goal to help develop men who lead with love and courage.
